Rectangle fixed — hero avatar now seamlessly flows from the cinematic hero gradient. No floating white card.
Explain This Page — modal now has a live TTS avatar that auto-plays on open. Stop button included. No video file needed.
Stop button — all TTS surfaces (hero, modal, decision-os, toby.html) have explicit stop controls.
Timestamp — updated to April 13 · 1:30 PM on the homepage center stamp.
Deploy notifications — GitHub Actions now POSTs to a webhook on successful deploy. Wire NOTIFY_WEBHOOK secret to send Toby an alert.

Toby's decision page goes live. Two-tier TTS engine ships.

toby.html — permanent clean URL baked with April 13 session context, 4 TTS option cards, shipped-today grid.
Two-tier TTS — OpenAI-compatible API endpoint as Tier 1, browser speechSynthesis as Tier 2 fallback. Credentials in localStorage only.
Voice selector — browser voice dropdown, preference saved per device.
Write-back confirmed — Toby's first decision came through live (test1 → add TTS model).

29 shareables restored. Pages deploy fixed. Meeting pipeline added.

rsync --delete disaster fixed — all 29 shareables restored from git history. Flag removed from deploy script.
GitHub Pages artifact fix — staging step added. Only web files deploy. 12GB repo → ~1GB artifact. No more 404s.
Meeting pipeline — Obsidian → docs/meetings/ → build-seed-pack.sh → rank-page-candidates.sh → scored URL candidates.
Decision OS live — write-back confirmed, avatar explains, options selectable.
