Text a human for whatever's stuck: business or life.
SideGuy is North County's human router: the business systems that almost work (compliance, payments, AI, websites), plus the everyday stuff: power bills, EVs, errands, tech, show nights, dinner. The site keeps itself fresh. PJ helps you act on it.
I don't stand on business. I route it.

Best Of
Seven doors instead of a wall of sections. Fast path to the good stuff.
Start with the route.
The software's usually fine. It's the route that's wrong. The SOC 2 questionnaire that stalled the deal. The Stripe webhook that died at 2am. The workflow nobody owns. I find the path, wire the humans, and stick around after the invoice clears. You can go at it without a SideGuy. I don't recommend it.
The shareable is the gift.
Not "check out my services." A tiny custom operating map, appreciation note, or first-date page for the person in front of you. Sometimes it is a crisp route through compliance. Sometimes it should rain flowers.
Compliance help that does not turn into platform rent.
All the vendors are fine. SideGuy helps you build the custom operating layer around the client's choice, so the knowledge stays yours.
Receipts, not theater.
SideGuy is not another dashboard to babysit. It is the human layer around tools, pages, markets, messages, and proof.
North County compliance pages, city framework pages, and the hail-a-human thesis point at the same local signal.
Use Vanta, Stripe, Zapier, HubSpot, or the stack you already chose. Own the logic around it.
Every serious move gets a commit, a page, a log, a conversion event, or a tracker. Bring da receipts.
Choose a doorway.
The archive is still there. The front door only carries the routes a warm human actually needs.
